Employee Recieves Electric Shock and Falls from Ladder

On June 11, 2008, Employee #1, an electrician, was installing a variable air volume unit in the ceiling of a building revision. He was working from a ladder, on the equipment while it was hot. The employee received an electric shock to his left hand and fingers and fell from the ladder, 4 ft. Employee #1 was not hospitalized, and his injuries were not specified.
