Worker Falls from Ladder, Later Dies

On January 27, 2009, Employee #1, of Scenic Homebuilders, Inc., was attaching fascia board on the third floor of a building. He used an unopened folding ladder to reach where the fascia board was being attached. Employee #1 dropped the 2 in. x 10 in. fascia board and fell 30 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized and later died due to unspecified injuries.
