Investigation Summary
On November 10, 2008, seven employees were on an automated power masonry scaffold that was being lowered when the scaffold collapsed. All seven employees fell approximately 30 feet, which killed Employee #1 and injured the other six employees. Both Employees #2 and #3 suffered fractures and were hospitalized, while Employees #4, #5, #6, and #7 were treated for only minor bruises and abrasions.
