Employe Is Struck and Killed When Truck Rolls Over

On July 22, 2008, Employee #1, a truck driver, was attempting to dump a load from the dump truck. He lost control of the truck and attempted to escape the cab of the truck as it rolled over. The unattended dump truck struck Employee #1 as he jumped from the vehicle, killing him.
