Employee Is Struck by Vehicle, Later Dies

On April 22, 2008, Employee #1, of Bealls, Incorporated, was directing traffic in the company parking lot at the end of the work shift. He was struck by another employee's vehicle exiting the parking lot, and he fell and hit his head on the pavement. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital for treatment, where he later died.
