Employee Is Run over by Trailer and Is Killed

A lowboy trailer was due for lubrication and maintenance. A truck diver and Employee #1, a mechanic, were assigned the task. Employee #1 went outside to the trailer and crawled underneath the trailer and started the lube job without telling the truck driver. The driver went to the connected truck to drive the trailer into the building which housed a grease pit where lube jobs are done. Employee #1, the mechanic, was run over and died at the scene.
