Investigation Summary
Some employees were repairing a hydraulic leak on a Bobcat skid-steer loader. One of the workers was crushed between the boom and cab of the loader. He suffered injuries in his lower thoracic and abdomen areas. Emergency medical services air lifted the injured worker to a hospital, where he died on June 4, 2008, 25 days after the accident.
