Employee Dies after Slip and Fall

On September 17, 2009, Employee #1 was found on the ground by a coworker. Employee #1 indicated that he slipped and fell while trying to sit on a couch, and he thought his leg was fractured. Employee #1 was transported by ambulance to Los Colinas Medical Center. Later that day, he had surgery at Baylor Medical Center. Employee #1 died on September 20, 2009.
