Employee Injured Head in Fall and Is Killed

On September 30, 2008, Employee #1 was located on a trailer that was approximately 18 inches above the ground. He fell off of a trailer and struck his head on the ground. Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries. He died one week following the accident.
