Employee Is Crushed While Servicing Lawn Mower, Later Dies

On March 10, 2008, Employee #1 used a lift to prop up a lawn mower for greasing. Employee #1 crawled under the lawn mower. The lawn mower shifted and rolled off of the lift, crushing Employee #1. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital and died on March 18, 2008.
