Investigation Summary
On January 20, 2009, Employee #1, of Williams Brothers Construction Company Incorporated, was sitting with other coworkers on a seat mounted on the flatbed of a truck. As the truck exited the construction zone and entered onto the public lanes of US Highway 59, Employee #1 fell from the side of the truck and was then struck and killed by another vehicle traveling north on US Highway 59.
