Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

On June 21, 2008, an employee was working on a scaffold installing stucco on a building under construction. The employee fell from scaffold to the ground striking support structures as he fell. The employee was taken to the hospital where he was hospitalized and treated for neck fracture. There were numerous unspecified problems with the scaffold.
