Worker Is Injured after Falling Through Roof Decking

On February 27, 2008, Employee #1, of DKB Construction, was installing fiberboard decking. While unloading sheets of decking from a forklift he was standing on the end of the decking. He stepped backwards and fell 12 feet through an opening in the decking to the ground. Employee #1 was hospitalized for bruises and contusions.
