3 EMPLOYEES BURNED IN FATAL APARTMENT FIRE WHILE USING ACETO

On September 10th 2008, there was an accident in a three-alarm fire at a Scotch Plains apartment complex. Employees #1, 2, and 3 were working at the complex were stripping varnish from the wood floors with acetone when the fire broke out. All three employees were taken to St. Barnabas Medical Center for burns. Employees # 1 and #2 were hospitalized and Employee #3 died from his burns.
