Employee Falls from Step Ladder, Fractures Ankle

On September 13, 2008, Employee #1, a lecturer, was using a step stool to reach the upper part of a wall inside a bathroom located inside a classroom. While on the step stool, Employee #1 lost her balance and fell to the floor. Employee sustained multiple fractures to her left ankle and was hospitalized.
