Employee Receives Concussion Falling from Ladder

On July 28, 2008, Employee #1 was on a roof bracket scaffolding, painting. The boards were overlapped and unsecured. A board slid off the bracket and both the board and Employee #1 fell 20 ft to the ground. He suffered head injuries and was hospitalized.
