Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift Behind

On February 15, 2008, Employees #1 was walking to her work area, when she was struck from behind by a forklift truck. Employee #1 fell to the floor. She was then taken to Emanual Hospital, where she was hospitalized and treated for her injuries.
