Employee Fractures Legs in Fall from Ladder

On May 2, 2008, Employee #1, a construction worker, cut a large limb. He was standing on a 6-ft ladder. The limb rebounded, shaking the ladder. Employee #1 fell down, striking the limb sections on the ground. He fractured his legs and was hospitalized.
