Employee slips using skill saw and and lacerates leg

On January 24, 2008, Employee #1 was using a skill saw with a 7-1/4 in. blade to cut plywood. He slipped on a wet surface, causing the saw to strike and lacerate his leg. He sustained injuries, but did not require hospitalization.
