Employee Falls from Scaffold, Fractures Ribs

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on March 11, 2008, Employee #1, a carpenter, was working off a scaffold. Employee #1 fell approximately 25 ft from the scaffold to a dirt surface. Employee #1 sustained fractured ribs and other minor injuries. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he was admitted and treated.
