At approximately 9:45 a.m. on March 14, 2008, Employee #1, a farm laborer foreman employed by a farm laborer staffing service, was struck by a vehicle on Orchard Road in Hollister, CA. She was taken to San Jose Regional Medical Center in San Jose, CA. Employee #1 died from fatal internal injuries.
