Investigation Summary
On January 10, 2008, Employee #1 was standing on a set of 2-by-6s and was rolling trusses when he lost his balance and fell backward approximately 10 ft to the floor. He struck a 2 by 4 brace as he fell, and his lower back was injured by his tool belt as he struck the floor. At the time this report was written, the accident was still under investigation.
