Employee Is Killed When Run over by Truck

On January 15, 2008, Employee #1 was operating a Hi-Vac Aquatech B-10 truck. As a result of an undetermined sequence of events, Employee #1 was outside the truck on the passenger side. It was believed Employee #1 was chasing the 'runaway' truck, when he was pulled under the truck and run over by the passenger side rear wheels. Employee #1 was killed.
