Employee dies after heart attack and fall from lift basket

At 9:00 a.m. on November 15, 2007, Employee #1 was working in a personnel basket elevated to 12 ft when he suffered a major heart attack. He fell over the side guardrail of the basket, landing on the concrete floor. Employee #1 was rushed to a local hospital, where he died later that night.
