Employee Falls from Ladder, Later Dies

At approximately 3:47 p.m. on October 19, 2007, Employee #1, a sign technician, was descending an extension ladder under rain conditions when he slipped and fell approximately two stories to the concrete sidewalk. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death was blunt trauma to Employee #1's head and torso.
