Event: 12/19/2007
Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder, Later Dies

Employee #1 was on a ladder when he fell, striking his left side on the floor. Employee #1 sustained a broken wrist, fractured left eye socket, and fractured ribs and multiple bruises. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, underwent surgery on his wrist, and was released. Employee #1 returned to work the next day to fill out workers compensation forms then returned home. Employee #1 was found dead the next morning on December 19, 2007. The coroner estimates Employee #1 died after returning home on December 18, 2007.
