Employee Fractures Foot When Struck by Equipment

On July 12, 2007, Employee #1, a supervisor, was talking on his cell phone, unaware of the Skytrak that was backing up beside him. He was struck by the Skytrack and sustained fractures to his foot and ankle. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
