Investigation Summary
On July 12, 2007, Employee #1 was working when he accidentally contacted a 277-volt line. His heart and breathing stopped, and his fingers were burned, evidently where he touched the line. At the time this report was written, Employee #1 remained in critical condition and in a deep coma.
