Investigation Summary
On April 21, 2008, Employee #1, of Everbrite Stone, LLC, was managing two other employee's movement of a slab of granite. For some reason, the other employees lost control of the slab, and it struck Employee #1 in the head. Employee #1 was hospitalized, but he later died from his brain injuries.
