Investigation Summary
On November 5th 2008, Employee #1, a landscape employee, was performing tree-trimming in close proximity to a 13kV un-insulated power line. Employee #1 was standing on an aluminum ladder, using an electrically conducting pole saw. Employee #1 was electrocuted and killed when the pole saw came into contact with the electrical line.
