Employee Is Caught in Machine Roller and Asphyxiated

Employee #1 was cleaning the 'Enrober' Number 2 machine when his clothing was caught in the conveyor roller. The machine was running at the time. Employee #1 was inside the front opening of the coating machine cleaning when his clothing was caught in, and wrapped around the roller pulling him down to the roller. Employee #1 was killed. The Coroner's report stated the victim died of traumatic asphyxiation.
