Employee Dies of Natural Causes

At approximately 11:25 a.m. on August 1, 2008, Employee #1, a cereal processing operator, was found unresponsive on a work platform that he was cleaning with a high pressure water hose. Due to the work environment, an autopsy was conducted to rule out that Employee #1 died of heat-related stress. The autopsy report stated that Employee #1 had suffered a heart attack and died of natural causes.
