Employee Receives an Electric Shock

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on March 20, 2008, Employee #1 was cutting thru a 4 in. water line with a handsaw. He did not realize that there was a 7,200 volt power line tucked under the two 4 in. water lines next to each other. As he cut thru the outer insulation, he received an electric shock. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was released.
