Investigation Summary
On October 10, 2007, an employee was routing wire over a HVAC vent, using a metal wall support to stabilize himself. The support twisted causing him to fall from the ladder approximately six feet, hitting his head on the concrete floor below. The employee also received a cut to his hand for which he was hospitalized.
