Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:15 a.m. on October 17, 2007, Employee #1 was removing a condensate pump at LL2 pump station. While lifting the pump, steam and hot water sprayed on Employee #1's lower legs. Employee #1 sustained the second degree burns. He was transported to Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California for treatment and he was hospitalized.
