Employee Amputates Finger While Clearing Jammed Machine
Employee #1 opened a machine to clear a jam. The machine had not stopped and Employee #1's finger entered the cutter. Employee #1's finger was amputated at the middle knuckle. Employee #1 was treated but was not hospitalized.
