Employee Suffers Anaphylactic Shock, Later Dies

Employee #1 was assigned to empty garbage containers at the bus stop. Apparently, Employee #1 stepped over an anthill and was stung by the ants causing him an anaphylactic shock that required medical attention. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was placed on a ventilator. Employee #1 never regained consciousness and the family discontinued life support on October 8, 2007, and Employee #1 died from the injuries.
