Employee Is Killed When Struck and Pinned by Truck

At approximately 12:01 p.m. on August 28, 2007, Employee #1, a cargo handler, was engaged in an unknown activity outside the loading area against company policy. No trucks were being loaded and all roll-up doors were in the closed position. Employee #1 was killed when he was struck by a tractor trailer and pinned against a loading dock wall.
