Employee falls through hole in the roof

At 5:00 pm, on August 11th, 2009, Employee #1 of Skyline Roofing, was installing a skylight at a private residence when he fell 8 feet through the hole in the roof that had been cut to accommodate the skylight. Employee #1 landed on his back and suffered back pain. He was taken to the hospital. The accident occurred when Employee #1 stepped on the piece of the roof that had been partially cut but still remained in place.
