Investigation Summary
On August 10, 2007, Employee #1, a superintendent overseeing the construction of a new condominium complex, saw a coworker-electrician hanging from an electric gate and asked him to get down. Employee #1 was then walking under the same gate when it fell, striking him on the back of his head. He sustained a concussion, for which he was hospitalized.
