Employee Fractures Hip in Fall from Rolling Scaffold

Employee #1 was installing drywall on a soffit while standing on a 6-foot rolling scaffold, when he leaned over and fell. He suffered a fractured hip and was hospitalized for 3 days. Further investigation revealed that the employee did not lock the wheels of the scaffold.
