Employee Dies after Fall from Ladder

At approximately 8:15 a.m. on February 18, 2008, Employee #1 responded to a call to repair a leaking tractor trailer. Upon arrival at the site, Employee #1 used a 12-foot folding ladder to reach the top of the trailer, which measured 13.25 feet high. While sealing the leak, Employee #1 fell from the ladder. He landed on his back and struck his head on the ground. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died.
