Employee Is Run over by Van and Is Killed

On April 16, 2007, Employee #1 and several coworkers delivered flooring material to a homeowner. The employees had backed their van into the driveway and started unloading. Employee #1 went to place a drop cloth under the van to catch leaking transmission fluid. The homeowner asked them to move the van. Coworker #1, the driver, got into the van, moved it forward and ran over the employee placing the drop cloth under the van. Employee #1 was killed.
