Employee's Back Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On April 18, 2007, Employee #1 was painting the fascia of a third floor balcony from a ladder. As he was descending the ladder, he lost his balance and fell 14 ft. He was hospitalized with a strained back, neck, and a mild concussion.
