Investigation Summary
On September 26, 2007, Employee #1 was on the roof of an existing single-story commercial building installing vent piping for an automotive paint spray booth. He suddenly passed out and collapsed on the roof. Emergency Services was called and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he later died. There was no evidence to suggest the incident was related to the work being performed.
