On March 30, 2007, an employee walking out of the lettuce field was killed when she was struck by and ran over with the rear tire of Denair Semi Field Trailer that was carrying approximately 24,000 lbs of lettuce, which was being pulled by a Ford Bingham Farm Tractor.
