Employee Is Killed When Struck in Head by Wheel

On August 13, 2007, an employee was working as a service technician from manufacturer of injection molding machine. He was working on a machine that was not working correctly. He removed the rotary wheels, entered into the machine to check to see if the bearing was working properly when the wheel sipped and hit him in the head, crushing his skull. The employee was killed.
