Employee killed in fall from roof

On August 10, 2007, Employee #1, the owner of a general contracting construction business, and a coworker on the gabled roof of a building. He was replacing a plywood sheet when he lost his balance and fell approximately 25 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was killed.
