Employee Is Killed When Pinned by Tank in Trench

On May 9, 2007, Employee #1, owner, and a coworker were clearing a lot and were removing a large concrete underground septic tank. Employee #1 entered the trench to place a chain under the septic tank while the coworker stood on top of the septic tank. The tank tilted and pinned Employee #1 against the trench wall. Employee #1 was killed.
