Investigation Summary
On May 25, 2007, Employees #1 and #2 were controlling traffic and standing in front of pickup truck with arrow signage. A speeding SUV Pathfinder hit the back of the truck, causing them to be thrown due to the impact. Both employees were hospitalized. Employee #1 died later.
